Who We Are

Next Generation Health Careers Academy (NGHCA) is a resource hub that helps K-12 Educators, School Counselors, and other career guidance professionals build and encourage healthcare career awareness, exploration, and preparation.

NGHCA is a program of Michigan Health Council, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization on a mission to create products and provide services our partners rely on to build healthcare workforce capacity.
